A HUGE night at school!
There will be no admission to the game tonight vs Hartem- all students should be supervised tonight as the school will be busy please do not leave younger students without someone responsible for them.
The fundraiser pulled pork / pulled chicken dinner for the 7th grade will start at 4:00 in the cafeteria!
Biddy cheer will preform at half time of the JV game. Biddy cheer leaders should be at school by 6:00 and will be given a shirt when for tonight when they arrive.
Seniors will be recognized between the JV & Varsity game. Please join us as we honor this great crew!
At half time of the varsity game there will be the Menard County Farm Bureau half court shot! This is always a highlight of the year and we always look forward to this fun event.

With the winter storm moving through today and this evening all events & activities at Greenview CUSD #200 are cancelled - stay safe and warm!
With the uncertainty in weather patterns - tomorrow Wednesday February 12th Greenview CUSD #200 will be using an e-learning day.
The school is open this evening in the event students need to come up and get any needed materials.
With Lincoln & PORTA closed tomorrow as well Greenview students that attend those programs will also not be in attendance.
We will send an update tomorrow on after school events and activities.

As of now there have been no changes to the school day tomorrow for Greenview CUSD #200. We are watching the weather and it seems to be a very unsettled weather pattern. We will send out more information later today. Stay warm and Go Bulldogs!
The HS basketball game for this evening at Uni-High in Champaign has been cancelled.
With the possible ice and weather moving in later today all events and activities this afternoon and evening will be canceled or rescheduled
A heads up this weather pattern looks a bit unpredictable. Our crew will be out early checking roads and trying to give families time to plan. Folks should be ready in the event we need to change the school day tomorrow.
There is no L Tech for students that go to Lincoln in the mornings.

The return of the Menard County Farm Bureau half court $100 shot will take place as well!

Greenview staff, students, and families are invited to wear camo tomorrow in support of the Withers family from PORTA. Our hearts go out to them and the PORTA community.
There will be only one Varsity basketball game this evening vs Deland Weldon starting at 5:30.
There will be no charge for admission and no snack shack open this evening at the game.

A busy night tonight!
The Jr High Volleyball team is taking in the Porta BlueJays at home at 6:00.
The high school scholastic bowl team is hosting a Tomahawk conference meet at home tonight!

Tomorrow morning we will honor our all state music qualifiers- Brylie Strader, Burkleigh Dillard, and Heather Godsil with a walk of champions down the hallway. The parade will begin at approximately 8:05. Congrats girls!
This evening the high school basketball team will host Decatur Christian starting at 6:00.
There will be only one game and we will not be charging admission for the game. There will be a limited snack bar tonight at the game.
The Jr High team travels to Ashland to take on the Knights starting at 6:00.

Tomorrow Tuesday, January 21st Greenview CUSD #200 will have an eLearning day due to dangerously cold wind chill levels forecasted for the morning. Staff will be reaching out with assignments and information.
Staff will be available to digitally help throughout the day if needed. We will make decisions on afternoon and evening activities as the day progresses. Staff will be in touch if there are changes.
As for now events and activities this evening are still going to take place as scheduled.

The home high school boys basketball game tomorrow Saturday January 18th is postponed as Mt Pulaski team is battling some sickness. We will send out update when we know more.
Tomorrow Friday January 17th school dismisses at 11:30 for a school improvement day.
Monday, January 20th there is no school in observance of Martin Luther King day.
Tomorrow night there will be a Friday Night jr high basketball game vs Hopedale Christian. There will be no admission cost tomorrow night and there will be a half court shot contest during the 8th grade game! Come out and cheer on the Bulldogs!
