After school please consider heading to the Bulldog baseball field to watch the Jr High Boys take on Springfield Grant! The game starts at 4:30. After the game there will be free ice cream for students that attend and students/fans will be allowed to run the bases after the game! Let's make tomorrow a great RED & BLACK DAY!
Due to high temperatures tomorrow August 24th all sports games for the school district are being rescheduled. There will be no practices tomorrow for athletes. Stay cool everyone!
This morning a very young student brought a kitchen knife to school. School staff was notified by students and the situation was quickly addressed. We appreciate students reporting information to staff when they are concerned. We want to make sure we communicate clearly no one was threatened or in danger.

This weeks weather looks to be on the hotter side and we are monitoring temperatures. Fortunately most of the school has air conditioning so we don't plan to have early dismissal due to heat.
We will use good judgement and avoid any overly stressful activity in the heat. A reminder our buses do not have air conditioning so you may want to keep that in mind if you would like to transport your students if possible.

This evening meet the Volleyball Bulldogs starts at 6 with the recognition of all fall athletes. There will be be a community volleyball game for anyone that wants to play.
The work crew has finished the work needed on the concrete this afternoon. Today at after school dismissal, we will resume normal procedures. Elementary students will exit the building through the elementary doors. Thank you everyone for working with us to get people in the building safely!
With work being done by the elementary office on the sidewalk we as families and students enter and exit at the High School doors. We appreciate everyone working with us to safely get this project finished!
This evening is open house from 6:00-7:00 at the school! Come on in and drop off supplies for the year and meet your teachers!
School starts tomorrow for kindergarten- 12 grade students. Pre-K will start 8/21. Please remember everyone will enter the elementary doors and will not be able to enter until 7:50 am.

We will be having a Meet The Teacher Night for K-12th grade students on Monday, August 14th, 2023 from 6:00-7:00. Kids are welcome to bring in supplies and/or things for lockers. Students who are requesting a change to their schedule will need to fill out the form on the school webpage. We look forward to seeing all the students!
We are at school this evening to register families for school. We will be here until 7:00 pm this evening. Students will not be able to start school unless they are registered ahead of time. Folks can come in this week and Monday to register to get students signed up.

This evening the Jr High Bulldog Golf team kicked off the season at the West Lincoln Broadwell Lincoln Elks Championship Tournament! The team did a wonderful job, congratulations to Ellie on finishing in 5th place in the girls division! Great work Bulldog Golfers!
